It has long been the policy of this company to suspend all the costs of shipping and handling to within the continental United States and Canada on all the following orders over $35.00. But due to the unprecedented rising costs of gasoline, and delivery methods, we find ourselves being put in the invidious position of having to charge a flat one-off rate of $8.80 per parcel up to 4.4 lbs for shipping, tracking, insurance and delivery, from July 5th 2008
