I wanted to say a massive thank you for your excellent service.  The replacement arrived today as promised and the quality was 100 times better.  Everything lines up and it looks extremely stylish.  I'm very very happy with my purchase.

I am also extremely happy with the service you have provided.  Having ordered something else from another company *** ***** ******, the same day ( only because you didn't have the size i needed), i have been appalled with their service, their attitude and their delivery times.  Having stated on their site 1-7 days, and having checked to see if they had it in stock, i am still waiting for the product to arrive. 

On the telephone the other day i did in fact tell them they should contact yourselves for customer service training!!

I am very satisfied with the whole service and will be saving your site for future reference.

This was the first time I have bought from yourselves and I have to say that

I am delighted with the blisteringly quick delivery. 

We ordered on Monday night, and you beat your forecast turnaround and

delivery time by miles.

Lastly you should know that your courier, who delivered the item, left a note

saying that delivery had been attempted and that they would try again

tomorrow - but in fact they came back a second time and found someone in. So

well done to them and it increased the consequent positive perception I now

have of fireside-accessories.com. 

The most important thing is that my family were able to have a log fire for

the first time tonight, less than 48 hours after ordering the fire basket set

etc.
