POSTAGE. We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours (excludes weekends) of receipt of order. Unless otherwise stated on the category or product description page. If we are unable to do so we will contact you and in this case please allow up to 21 days for delivery of items. Some items may be sent by Royal Mail Signed For post or by courier. If you are not in when Royal Mail or the courier call then it is the buyer’s responsibility to arrange redelivery or collection of the item, and pay for any additional costs. Items returned to us because they have not been collected will not be refunded and a postal charge will be charged if redelivery is required.
A flat rate of £2.95 is charged for deliveries within the UK mainland postal system up to the value of £44.99. Orders over the value of £45.00 are delivered free of charge by standard delivery. If any form of signed for or courier delivery is required an additional fee will still apply. Minimum postage charge for any international orders is £9.99. Extra charges may apply above the rate of £9.99 for international orders. If this is the case you will be contacted by email and notified of the additional cost. Please note our free postage offer only applies to the UK mainland, Northern Ireland and the Isle Of Man. Residents of Guernsey, Sark, Herm, Jersey, Jethou & Alderney and any other out lying Isle may incur an extra postal charge. If an extra postal charge is required you will be contacted by email after placing your order.
RETURNS /CANCELLATIONS · Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 If you wish to cancel your order you must inform us no later than 7 working days after receiving your order, and we will provide all of the details you require to return your goods. It is the responsibility of the buyer to take reasonable care of the goods and that they are returned in NEW, UNWORN, PACKAGED condition. The cost of returning the goods is at the buyers expense and they must be returned to us within 7 working days of you receiving them. Please note that we do not refund postage & packaging costs.Items returned to us in a worn and unpackaged condition will not receive a refund. · In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, a replacement will be despatched to you upon receipt of the faulty item being returned. No additional charges will be made for replacement item delivery. If the item is no longer available or out of stock, a replacement of the same quality and value or a full refund will be offered. · Faulty items: In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or faulty item, a replacement will be despatched to you upon receipt of the faulty item being returned. No additional charges will be made for replacement item delivery. If the item is no longer available or out of stock, a replacement of the same quality and value or a full refund will be offered. If your item is faulty upon receipt, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery date. You will be provided with a returns number, which must accompany the returned item. The item must be returned within 7 days of receiving the returns number. You must take reasonable care of the item while in your possession.If the returned item appears to have not been treated with reasonable care while in your possession then we withhold the right to issue a replacement or refund.
· Bounced Cheques and payments: Our prices quoted do not cover any bounced cheques or payments including paypal echeques. If our bank returns a cheque payment to us, then we will add the bank charges onto your outstanding balance. If a cheque does bounce, then an alternative method of payment is required in cleared funds within 7 working days, if the payment does not arrive, we will take legal action to recover the money outstanding · Delivery will be made via Royal Mail or other courier unless recorded delivery, Special delivery are selected( Recorded or special delivery items may be sent via royal mail or other courier). Please note some of our items can be sent by standard post or special delivery only and not by recorded delivery. We reserve the right to send heavy Special Delivery orders via a next day courier service. We will cover the extra cost if items require courier delivery, where special delivery has been selected. If you are not in when delivery is attempted you will be carded, Royal Mail will hold items for 1 week, before they are returned to our supplier or us. If items have gone out via courier and they are returned to us, then you will be liable for the return costs and any other cost incurred by our suppliers or us. If items are required to be resent, then you will be liable to repay the p&p. If items are returned to us by Royal Mail you will be liable for any costs incurred by our suppliers or ourselves. You will be required to pay P & P costs if you require the item resent.. Value Added Tax ( V.A.T ) is not currently not charged to any of our customers as at present we are not required to due to our turnover been below threshold. If at any time we are required to charge V.A.T it will be done at 17.5% or the level set by the government at the given time.· Thank you for taking time out to read our terms and conditions, we are sure you will have found them fair and reasonable. We will do everything within our powers to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. · Images and descriptions are provided as accurate as possible. The manufacturers do reserve the right to change the design and colours of items when required. · By purchasing an item from us you agree to the above terms and conditions. · The above terms and conditions are in addition to and do not affect your statutory rights.
