Terms and Conditions
This site is owned and operated by Mandale Reproduction Ltd trading as Mandale fine furniture (referred to as Mandale fine furniture, 'we' or 'us' 'our'). Mandale fine furniture’s Head Office is at; Unit 6, Collectables Retail Park, Portrack Lane, Stockton-on-Tees, Cleveland, TS18 2LX.
By using or accessing this website and/or placing any order(s), you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. All other terms and conditions, including those that may be proposed in any order submitted by you, are expressly excluded and shall have no effect.
Receipt by Mandale fine furniture of an order via our website does not constitute legal acceptance of an order. Your order will be deemed to have been accepted by us only once you have received written confirmation of our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse your order for any reason we see fit.
These terms relate to sales over the Internet only. Separate terms and conditions apply to purchases made directly from our stores.
Delivery
We will deliver the goods you have ordered to the address you give us for delivery at the time you place your order.
There is an overall charge of £39 for deliveries. UK mainland only. This is a fixed delivery charge for the complete order. This cost can be seen once your items are in the shopping cart and you have selected your UK region. Charges for deliveries outside this area may be available on request.
On receipt of your product into our distribution centre, we will contact you to arrange delivery. You will be offered an initial delivery slot but if this is not acceptable we will offer alternatives.
Delivery is to your door only unless otherwise stated on the specific product description of the item that you have ordered from us.
Items may require some self assembly.
Alternative delivery options and collections may be agreed by us in writing at the time of the order being placed.
*Please note delivery may not be possible in more remote areas of UK mainland.
All packaging that the items are delivered in is the customers responsibility to properly dispose of.
Access (Where applicable)
It is your (the customer) responsibility to provide free and easy access to the ultimate destination of goods supplies by us. If windows or doors need to be removed in order for access to be gained it is your responsibility to arrange this at your cost and risk. If access is in anyway restricted making delivery of the goods to the final destination difficult it is essential that you discuss any possible restrictions on access into your home with us so that we can perform a risk assessment with you. You should think in particular about vehicle access, lifts and tight stairs etc
Delivery Dates
All delivery dates quoted by us at the time of your order and after are estimates. We will make every effort to ensure that we honour estimated delivery dates, it is possible that circumstances beyond our control may cause delivery dates to be changed.
Damage
Every effort will be made to ensure that the goods you have ordered arrive undamaged and without defect.
Any damages to the items must be reported by you (the customer) immediately upon delivery of the goods. Each item should be inspected for damage at the time of delivery and in turn any damage should be noted (written) and signed for by you and the delivery staff on the delivery paper work. Mandale reproductions Ltd will not be held responsible for any damage not noted and signed for after the delivery. It is your responsibility as the customer to inspect each and every item for damage.
You will become the owner of the goods (and be liable for the loss or destruction of the goods) at the time of delivery, provided that we have received payment in full for the goods.
Storage
Storage facilities are not available. Customers are expected to take delivery of their goods within 14 days of us notifying you of its availability. We may implement a storage fee of £25 per week for a maximum of four weeks, after which we deem the order to be cancelled. The stock will be returned to free stock, which means that it will be made available to other customers. In this case we cannot guarantee immediate product availability when you are ready to take the order.
This will not apply where a product is available earlier than the lead time indicated or where you have specifically stipulated by a ‘Not before by date’ at the point of order, as printed on your order.
Colours and Finishes
Images and photographs displayed on this website are representative of the finished product. Whilst every effort will be made to match all colours and finishes, goods are supplied on the understanding that there may be slight dye, shade and grain variations, particularly with natural products such as wood. Leather products are made from quality cow hides and may not be uniform in colour or texture and will show natural marks and scars. The colours of the products in our images will be affected by your monitor and by your printer and therefore may not be 100% accurate to the finished product.
Size & Description of Product
All sizes quoted are approximate. Size and product descriptions are given in good faith from our suppliers' information.
Guarantee
All goods supplied (unless otherwise stated on the specific product description of the item that you have ordered from us) are guaranteed by the manufacturer for a period of up to 12 months from the date of delivery in respect of faulty workmanship or materials. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Cancellations
An order may be cancelled at any time between the placement of the order and 7 days following delivery of the goods.*
You must contact our offices to notify us that you wish to return some or all items. Goods must be returned to us in the same condition they were in at the time of delivery to the yourself and in their original packaging. Items which are not in original packaged cannot be returned. Self assembled and flat pack furniture cannot be returned if assembled, part assembled or unpackaged - these items must also be as they where at time of delivery in all original packaging. Cancelled orders must be returned to us within 7 working days of the cancellation at your own arrangement and cost. If you are unable to arrange the goods to be returned to us within this time limit your cancellation will become void, and the goods will ultimately become your property. We can arrange a collection of the goods within this time limit at a cost from £35+ (upwards) (prices subject to change) depending on the size of the order and area of the UK. This cost will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of goods into our possession and after we have inspected them for damage. Mattresses can only be returned if they are unopened. Mattresses which have been opened and slept on cannot be returned. Mattresses which have been opened and resealed cannot be returned.
*Please note that for selected items of leather and fabric upholstery there is a 50% cancellation / returns fee unless the order is cancelled within one week of the order placement.
Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Cancellations By Mandale Reproductions Ltd
We reserve the right not to accept an order if:
We do not have the stock to fulfil the order
If we are unable to deliver the product to your area
If an item was incorrectly priced or described on the web site
If your payment was not authorised
If you have not complied with our terms and conditions of sale
If an order is cancelled by Mandale Reproductions Ltd, any payments made to us will be refunded within 30 days of the cancellation.
