Terms and Conditions
All prices in the shop are HT (Excluding TVA)
All items must be fully paid for before despatch. Standard delivery will be between 4-10 days of receiving payment of order (depending on location)
Cardholders can expect a response to email or telephone enquiries within 48 hours.
In mainland France shipping is via Coliposte Recommande, UPS or TNT.
Outwith France, shipping is via Fedex.
In all cases a tracking number will be issued by email to the purchaser.
Warranty
All products are fully checked before dispatch.
All satellite receivers have a 1 year guarantee.
Shopping with us does not affect your statutory rights.
Warranty does not cover misuse.
Refunds and cancellations
Faulty or damaged goods
At Mayenne Satellite we aim to provide 100% customer satisfaction, and we will replace any item that is damaged or faulty on delivery. If you encounter a fault with any product, please use our contact form on our main site or by email we will contact you within 3 working days.
Faulty or defective products should be returned within 7 calendar days of receipt.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within 3 days from the date the goods are delivered to you. email or by post to:

We will offer an item of equivelant value or offer a refund.
All returns must be delivered back to us in the original state of receipt in their original packaging. Returns are processed within 48 hours of receiving items.
Refund will not include the postage cost of returning items or any other carriage charges. The decision to give a refund is at our discretion. Items returned must be in a resaleable condition. A handling charge of 10% may be charged. No item will be accepted as a cancellation, if the product has been used.
Please Note. Special orders cannot be returned for a refund. Special orders include Sky+ & HD boxes and special request orders.
Proof of purchase is required.
Customers should ensure that any returned product reaches us in perfect condition, with all original packaging. Please register and insure as we cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged in the post.
