Terms and Conditions

The Following is very important-please read prior to ordering.

Purchasing Products:
To purchase products just browse our on-line shop and add the items you wish to buy into the shopping cart, any items you do not want can be removed from the shopping cart prior to payment. Once you have made your selection, click on the 'Check out' button and you will be taken to PayPal a secure on-line payment facility, you will be asked to enter a few details to complete your order. We accept payment by credit/debit card . You do not need a Paypal account to use this service.

Shipping & Handling:
We only ship within the United Kingdom.
Once we have recieved your order, we will aim to process your order as soon as possible Mon to Friday. We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days for items in stock.  FOR OUT of STOCK items. Please note: In order ro keep our prices low we have access to a very limited stock, it is usual for us to place orders directly with the manufacturer therefore your order may take upto 30 days to arrive.  All out of stock items are automatically placed on a back-ordering system with the manufacturer. Once an out of stock item is placed on a back ordering system we cannot cancel your order until you have recieved it.  We advice you to email first before you place an order if you are not prepared to wait!  

Shipping is Free when your order totals £20.00 or above, for orders below £20.00 the delivery charge will be at £4.50 per total order.
We use plain packaging and use Royal Mail to dispatch orders via 1st Class Recorded Delivery Service.

Back Orders/ Out of stock items:
If your item is not in stock, your order will be automatically placed on a back ordering system, therefore your order may take up to 30 days before you recieve it. Should an item be no longer available you will be notified via email an offered an alternative item or a refund.

Sizing: It is your responsibility to order the correct size. Please refer to size charts prior to ordering.

Returns Policy:
In line with Health & Safety regulations we cannot accept returns of  Bondage accessories, knickers, thongs, g-strings or hosiery, lingerie/clothing that have either a crotch/ or panty/ or stockings as part of its design or set. Items damaged whilst being tried on or have been used/worn are not accepted for returns.
If you are in any doubt please contact Blue Diva prior to placing an order.

You may return an order under the following circumstances providing they meet the condition listed. They are:

1. Your right to cancel your order within 7 days.
Report to Blue Diva immediately via email. We will reply giving details of the returns address and supply the return order no. which is to be enclosed in the parcel for return. You have 7 days from the date of delivery (when you have recieved it) to return your order to us. Returns must be in the same condition you have recieved it in. e.g. All contents must be unopened, unused and the order returned complete. You will have to pay for the return postage & packaging, we recommend you use a traceable/trackable method of posting e.g. Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Service. Blue Diva will not take responsibility for items lost in the post. We will refund the cost of your order but not the cost of post & packaging

2. You have recieved a wrong item or order.
In the unlikely event we have made a mistake contact Blue Diva immediatelty via email. Same proceedure as above. We will refund your post & packaging costs for our mistakes. Please note: we will only dispatch the amended order upon reciept of the returned order.

Condition of goods for return must be in their original packaging with seals, labels or tags in tact, they must be returned in a re-sell-able condition at all times. Items that appear to have been worn including being tried on etc. will be returned to the customer at your expence.

Prices & Conditions:
Prices and conditions of sale may be ammended without prior warning. Quotations may be withdrawn without notice at anytime prior to exceptance of order. Prices include VAT where applicable.

Product Specification:
All descriptions are meant as a guide only, size charts are as accurate as possible and are those supplied by the manufacturer/designer. Colours in photos may vary due to variation of monitor resolutions. All photos are copyright to the following manufacturer/designer: Dreamgirl, Allure Leather, Vacari/Fantasy, Tony's Shoes, Sutera Toys & Leg Avenue. All item(s) for sale are 100% genuine and are imported from Licenced Accredited Distributors to the named manufacturer/designers.

Disputes and complaints:
These should be made to Blue Diva via email: bluediva@blueyonder.co.uk. Your dispute or complaint will be acknowledged within 5 working days and we will try to resolve it within 14 days. You will be provided with the name of the person handling your complaint at the time of acknowledegment.

Force majeure:
In the event Blue Diva is prevented from carrying out its obligations under contract for sale as a result of any cause beyond our control such as but not limited to Acts of God, War, Strikes, Lock-outs, Floods and Failure of third parties to deliver goods, the seller shall be relieved of its obligations and liabilities under such contract for sale as long as such fulfilment is prevented.

Neither Blue Diva or the owner will not be held accountable / resposnisble for any injury / harm or death to person(s) related to/or caused by accident, act(s) of stupidity, deliberate miss-use, negligence or careless use of any of the products purchased from Blue Diva.
