Making a purchase
Making a purchase should be easy. Just browse our website and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them in the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection just click on ‘checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Please note there is a minimum order value of £7.50 exc. Postage.
We accept all major credit and debit cards except for American Express. If you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card details via phone, snail mail or over the Internet. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received. If ordering via the shopping cart you will receive email confirmation of your order as soon as we have received it.
If you are paying by Maestro please supply the card issue number. If you are paying by Bank of Scotland Maestro please supply the valid from date as well as the expiry date. All card companies require the last three security numbers from the reverse of your card.
Shipping and Handling
We have a minimum postage and package charge of £1.90. The exact amount of will be calculated and added after the order has been packaged and weighed.
The On-line ordering receipt will automatically display delivery at 0.00. This is because postage has to be added after the order has been packed and weighed.
All orders will be sent by the cheapest form of delivery unless requested otherwise.
All orders overseas can take up to a minimum delivery of 20 days
Delivery Schedule
We normally send your order within 1-2 working days. We are closed Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
Out of Stock
Generally all items are in stock. If we can’t meet any or all of your order we will notify you. We do not do back orders.
Tax Charges
All our prices include VAT at the current rate. VAT will also be added to postage and packaging.
Privacy and Security
Presencia will not disclose buyer’s information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case PayPal will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. We are a secure site and PCSI compliant. We do not keep customers credit card details in any form.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied your money will be refunded.
Returns Policy
All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order. All returns must be packed properly to avoid damage or breakage. Please obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office. We shall not accept any responsibility for non-delivery or damage of returned goods in transit.
Goods may be sent back for exchange subject to the buyer paying for postage to and from Presencia. If it is our mistake we will make a complete refund including postage.
