We must receive payment of the price and delivery charge of the products before we accept your order. We reserve the right to restrict the number of products you may order and to refuse any order. If you have provided us with your email address you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. This email is sent automatically and does not mean that we have accepted your order. We will notify acceptance of your order by sending an email to you stating that your order has been accepted and despatched.

Otherwise our acceptance of your order takes place on delivery of the products.

Only when we have accepted your order is a binding contract created between us.

3. Description of products and sizing:
Any measurements and specification where detailed are approximate only and subject to change.
Patterns and colour shades may vary on some of our products.

4. Customer obligations:
By placing your order you confirm that you agree to use your correct name, address and date of birth and to supply any other details reasonably requested.

5. Prices:
Our prices are set out on our website in pounds sterling and are inclusive of United Kingdom rated VAT where applicable. Prices remain in force until we publish new prices on our website. Delivery charges apply and are displayed during the order process. We reserve the right to change our prices.

6. Availability:
All orders are subject to availability of products. If products you order are not available we will notify you (where possible). No payment will be taken unless goods are in stock.

7. Delivery:
We aim to get your order delivered within 10 working days of receipt of payment to addresses within the United Kingdom. All products require a signature when delivered. If products are returned to us as undeliverable we shall attempt to contact you to arrange redelivery. This will incur an additional postage charge. If we are unable to contact you we will refund the price of the products only. The original postage charge cannot be refunded due to administrative costs.

Once the products are delivered they will become your risk and we will not be liable for any subsequent damage, loss or destruction to them. Please note that missing parcels cannot have a claim started until 15 working days after date of despatch.

8. Warranties:
We will only accept warranty returns for items which have a manufacturing defect. Where applicable make sure you follow manufacturers washing and drying instructions. Items which have been broken or torn by misuse or neglect are not refundable.

9. Returns policy:
You may return an item which has a manufacturing defect. If you have ordered an incorrect sized item we will consider this for return providing we are contacted in writing. This must be within 5 days of receipt of product and only items which are returned ‘as sold’: in resellable condition, unworn, in original packaging with all swing tickets attached and in perfect condition will be considered.

For any item to be considered for return you must follow the procedure below:

a) Quote the original invoice number or proof of purchase, your name and address and reason for return
b) Package goods so that they arrive with us in pristine condition
c) Please ensure any items returned are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This service ensures that you are insured for loss should the item not reach us.

e) Only the purchase cost of an item proven to have a manufacturing defect will be credited (there is no reimbursement for personalised goods)
