Barry Martin (b.1943) has produced this fine art print after a drawing he made of Clytie by G F Watts. He saw the sculpture on display at the V&A where it was displayed on a high plinth. The steep angle from which it was viewed has created an arresting image which honours the original work by Watts.
The artist has donated this print to Watts Gallery in aid of the Hope Emergency Appeal to find the final £70,000 needed to plug the funding gap created by our main contractor going into administration in 2009.
